Attorney Chip Burn is a South Carolina native devoted to providing the Midlands with experienced, accessible legal advice when people need it most.

He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, and he is the former president of the Lexington County Bar Association. Mr. Burn is a member of the Lexington County Chamber of Commerce and he is also a member of Zion Lutheran Church, serving on a number of church committees, assisting with a food ministry and participating in various outreach projects throughout the year.

Chip Burn clerked for the South Carolina judge Honorable J.C. “Buddy” Nicholson in the Tenth Judicial Circuit, practiced at litigation firms Baker, Ravenel & Bender, LLP, and the Law Offices of Richard J. Breibart, LLC, and was an assistant solicitor for the 11th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office for seven years. In June of 2012, he opened Burn Law Firm, LLC, a firm designed to make full use of his extensive criminal and civil litigation experience for clients throughout the Midlands and statewide.
